基(ji)于(yu)集中式(shi)架構的儲物柜(ju)控(kong)制(zhi)系統,主控(kong)制(zhi)器直接通(tong)過導(dao)線連(lian)接所有柜(ju)格的執行和(he)傳感部件,實(shi)現(xian)控(kong)制(zhi)和(he)檢測功能。其優點(dian)是結構簡(jian)單,各部門之間的相互影響小,成本低廉,維護方便,缺點(dian)是布線復雜,組裝困難(nan)。
基于分布式(shi)架構的儲物柜控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統,主(zhu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器通(tong)(tong)過(guo)通(tong)(tong)信總(zong)線與(yu)子控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器連(lian)接,子控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器再(zai)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)導(dao)線連(lian)接相應柜門的控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和傳感部件。系(xi)統運行過(guo)程(cheng)中,主(zhu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器向子控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器發送控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)指(zhi)令,再(zai)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)子控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器實現(xian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和檢測功能。其優點是布線簡單,組裝簡便,能夠大量節省了(le)接線工(gong)序,有效降低了(le)人工(gong)成(cheng)本,尤其適合現(xian)代化大規模制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造。
但是,與基于集中式(shi)架構的儲物柜(ju)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)相比(bi),基于分布式(shi)架構的儲物柜(ju)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)的缺點再于,系(xi)統(tong)結構復(fu)雜,子控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器之間關聯性強,成(cheng)本相對較高,維護困(kun)難。尤(you)其(qi)是當通信總線出現故障時,需要對子控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器進行逐(zhu)個(ge)排查,才能找(zhao)到故障原(yuan)因,恢復(fu)系(xi)統(tong)功能。
